Whether you’re feeling stuck, looking for direction, or needing support to manage life’s challenges, my 1:1 coaching and mentoring sessions provide a safe, supportive, and practical space for growth. Together, we’ll create a tailored action plan built around your personal goals, strengths, and challenges.

Each session is designed to empower you with the tools, strategies, and clarity you need to move forward—at a pace that feels right for you. Coaching can include elements such as hypnotherapy techniques, neurodivergent coaching strategies, or counselling-based approaches, depending on your needs.

💡 Prices: Sessions start from £30 per hour, with costs depending on any add-ons or integrated approaches included in your tailored plan.

Tension Release Therapy (TRT)

Tension Release Therapy is a gentle, body-based approach that helps release deep muscular tension and stored stress from the nervous system. Through simple tremoring techniques, your body naturally processes physical and emotional stress—without needing to revisit past experiences.

TRT sessions are perfect for those managing stress, anxiety, trauma, or neurodivergence, and can bring a profound sense of calm, grounding, and regulation.

📞 Out-of-Hours Contact

Life doesn’t just happen during sessions. With this add-on, you’ll have the option to reach out to me between 8am – 9pm, whether by call or chat (as long as I’m not with another client). This gives you that extra layer of support and reassurance when you need it most—perfect for those moments when things feel overwhelming and you don’t want to wait until your next session.

🤝 Client Advocacy Support

Sometimes the biggest challenges aren’t personal, but structural. I can act as an advocate on your behalf, helping reduce the stress of navigating complex systems and ensuring your voice is heard. This may include:

  • Support with healthcare appointments and referrals

  • Guidance and advocacy in workplace or HR processes

  • Assistance with accessing community, educational, or social support services

  • Helping you prepare for difficult conversations or formal meetings

With this service, you’ll feel less alone in situations that can otherwise be overwhelming.
