About Me

Hi, I’m Adam, an experienced life coach and surface-level therapist. I offer 1:1 support both online and face-to-face. I blend a variety of evidence-based tools from counselling, hypnotherapy, neurodivergent coaching, and tension release therapy to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

My Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling

  • Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills

  • Experienced in AuDHD (Autism & ADHD) Coaching

  • Experience in CBT through hypnotherapy

  • In-depth understanding of BPD and an insight into other mental health conditions

  • Insight into Tension Release Therapy

What is Tension Release Therapy?

Tension Release Therapy (TRT) is a powerful, body-based practice designed to help you release deep muscular tension and stored stress from the nervous system. Using simple, natural tremoring techniques, this therapy allows your body to gently process physical and emotional tension—without needing to relive the trauma.

How It Works

We’ll have a relaxed 20-minute chat to get to know each other and see if we're a good fit.

🛠️ Step 2: Tailored Coaching Plan
Based on our initial conversation, I’ll design a flexible plan that focuses on the goals and challenges that matter most to you.

💬 Step 3: Weekly or Fortnightly Sessions
Sessions are 60 minutes and can take place online or face-to-face, depending on your preference and location. You’ll also have the option to include Tension Release Therapy sessions as part of your journey.
